Meditating returns us to our natural balanced state. Our balance is stripped away by stress, negative thinking and depression. Being in a relaxed state makes us more calm and centered.

Physical

The benefits do not stop there. If you become a meditator, your spiritual side will open up immensely. You will become more aware of your connectedness to a Source (God, Universe, Spirit, etc.). By developing your inner life, you will feel your link to every living thing. Which, in turn, helps you treat your fellow living beings more gently and kindly.

All of these benefits can be yours with a regular meditation practice of 10 to 20 minutes a day. What's not to like!
