EFT Relaxation Gets To
The Root of Chronic Stress

EFT relaxation will heal the effects of chronic stress. It can also be used for immediate relaxation when faced with a stressful situation. Learning the emotional freedom technique can help you overcome stress, panic, phobias and anxiety.

EFT and relaxation go hand-in-hand. Whatever emotional issue, illness or block we are using EFT for, relaxation is brought about by healing our energy system. Balancing our energy system brings about peace, health and confidence.

Chronic stress, phobias and anxiety usually have long standing emotional issues and can be cleared successfully with EFT. These emotions wreak havoc on our energy system and cause many physical and psychological symptoms. So, it is a great relief to have them healed.

The technique can also be used to reduce the stress we feel with daily events. It can be done when we are stuck in traffic, in social gatherings, confrontations or at work to name a few. It only takes a few minutes to use EFT for relaxation in stressful situations.

Simply use the emotional freedom tapping technique using an affirmation such as - "Even though I am stressed about this traffic jam, I completely love and accept myself." It really takes no time at all to feel relaxation.

A few years ago, I had a job that was really frustrating for me. It caused me a lot of stress. I found myself trying to avoid confrontations on a daily basis. When this happened, I would take an EFT break. I went into the ladies room so no one could see me. I instantly felt more calm and level-headed after doing the tapping and affirmation.

Using EFT for relaxation is probably utilizing the technique on a very basic level. But, it is another tool we can add to our arsenal of stress-reducing weapons. The more we learn how to reduce stress, the more control we have over it.
