Use This Free Guided Meditation
For a Quick Relaxation Exercise

This five-minute free guided meditation will take you to another place - a place without stress, worry and tension. Surely you can spare five minutes to relax and unwind. You can even use it on your break or lunch hour.

You can use the video in two ways:
1) Watch the video and listen to the audio.
2) Close your eyes, focus on your breathing and listen to the audio.
