Chammomile - A popular herb that is a great soother during those frazzled times. It calms by relieving tension and anxiety. Like Valerian root, it is a great relaxant before bedtime.

Passionflower, Catnip and Skullcap - Gentle herbals that are effective for relieving stress, anxiety and irritability.

Holy Basil - Aids in mental clarity and combats the negative effects of stress.

Sage - Soothes and relaxes the nervous system.

When taking herbs for stress relief or any other reason, just follow the package directions. The therapeutic effects of herbals may take a few weeks to manifest. It is dependent on who is using them.
