· Vitamin A - up to 10,000 I.U.
· Vitamin C - up to 1,200 mg
· Vitamin E - up to 400 I.U.

Minerals - Calcium and magnesium are not only great for bones but fighting stress as well. Calcium soothes the nerves and relieves tension and anxiety. Magnesium is restorative to the nervous system and acts as an anti-oxidant. Both these minerals are extremely restorative to us mentally and physically. The suggested daily dosages are:
· Calcium - 500 mg
· Magnesium - 500 mg

Other Helpful Nutrients - Tyrosine, an amino acid, and omega-3 fatty acids are equally vital stress relief supplements. Tyrosine and omega-3 fatty acids aid in mental functioning and performance. Because stress depletes these nutrients, we need supplementation. Both nutrients actually aid us in coping with stress by relieving depression and increasing mental clarity. The suggested daily dosages are:
· Tyrosine - up to 500 mg
· Omega-3 fatty acids - 500 mg
