This stress relief tip is to change negative thoughts and emotions to positive ones. This sounds really hard to do, I know. It is much easier to sleep, watch TV or blame the world for your stress. If you undertake a new way of thinking, the results will be more far reaching than stress reduction. Fortunately, there are many ways to achieve the sense of power that comes with controlling your thoughts and emotions. If you learn just one method of thought control, your life will change dramatically. You will become empowered when you realize you can control your world instead of it controlling you. Relaxation techniques, proper diet and supplements are wonderful ways of healing us physically. By using methods of calming our thoughts and emotions, we can learn how to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

It works by changing the deeply embedded negative beliefs we have in our subconscious to positive beliefs. Ridding ourselves of negative beliefs changes our actions to positive ones. · Meditation Techniques: Meditation is much more than a way of relaxing. It is a medium for calming our negative thoughts. It helps us develop spiritually or internally which changes our beliefs, way of seeing our world and physical responses. All of these tools eliminate stress on a deep level. They also promote healing, enhance spirituality, develop personal growth and empowerment. Other tools I have recently learned about are brain entrainment, subliminals, Holosync and cybernetics. When someone asks me my number one stress relief tip, I say, "Change your way of thinking." If you are feeling anxious about something, you will immediately feel less stress by turning your thoughts around. For example, if you are anxious about a job interview, it is probably because you are feeling a lack of confidence. Instead of saying to yourself, "They won't like me. I don't have the smarts for this job." Say to yourself, "They will like me because I like me. I have always overcome learning obstacles and will do it again." Visualize yourself being successful and confident.
